Overall Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate excellent curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular, and outreach programs.
- Ensure excellence in course development, instruction, assessment, and learning in multi-platforms according to international standards with appropriate biblical integration.
- Ensure student maximum development through advisors, mentorship, and Christian character formation.
- Implement effectively academic and registrar guidelines on student records, grades, promotion, graduation, and related matters.
- Serve as an inspiring role model for Christian living and ethical behavior and demonstrate core values consistently.
- Contribute significantly to the development of the academic field through research, publications, presentations, and other scholarly activities.
- Pursue continuous professional, personal, and Christian development.
- Relate effectively with other teams to attain the objectives of the College and degree program.
- Perform other functions that the Academic Director may assign.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Master’s degree or higher.
- A professed Christian who is in full agreement with the CCF Statement of Faith and LAIC Core Values.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a national or international academic setting.
- At least 3 years of hybrid mentoring experience in a national or international context.
- A minimum of 3 years of mid-management work experience in a local or international environment.
- Demonstrated research experience, including 1 to 3 international presentations.
- Relevant professional experience as a member or officer in a recognized organization or institution.
