Associate Director of Marketing

Role Overview:

The Associate Director of Marketing will lead and execute strategies focused on driving high-quality student leads for Life College. This role is responsible for building a consistent and scalable pipeline of prospective students through digital campaigns. In addition, this role will own and manage the CRM (school database) to ensure all leads are properly captured, tracked, nurtured, and handed off effectively to the Admissions team.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of how to translate brand positioning into measurable lead generation results, while maintaining strong discipline in lead management and data tracking systems.

Key Objective: Generate a consistent, high-quality flow of leads that convert into applicants and enrolled students . Ensure all leads are properly managed, tracked, and optimized within the CRM System



Core Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Campaigns
    • Develop and execute lead generation plans aligned with enrollment targets
    • Manage digital campaigns (Meta, Google) and optimize channels for performance
    • Oversee landing pages and funnels; run A/B testing to improve conversions
  2. Funnel Optimization
    • Manage end-to-end funnel: Lead → Inquiry → Application → Enrollment
    • Partner with Admissions to improve lead quality, response time, and conversion rates
    • Optimize cost per lead and overall conversion performance
  3. CRM & Lead Management (Critical)
    • Own CRM as the single source of truth for all leads
    • Ensure accurate capture, tracking, segmentation, and follow-up
    • Monitor pipeline stages and address gaps in conversion
    • Maintain data quality and generate actionable insights
  4. Content Direction
    • Guide conversion-focused messaging highlighting:
    • Value proposition
    • Faith integration
    • Career outcomes
  5. Data & Performance
    • Track key metrics: CPL, lead volume, conversion rates
    • Provide regular reports and drive data-based improvements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–7+ years in marketing, growth, or lead generation
  • Strong experience in digital campaigns and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Analytical, data-driven, and execution-focused
  • Experience in education or mission-driven organizations is a plus
